Only a few of the trees here in Hanover, PA are starting to show some Autumn color, but it's never too soon to bring some of that color indoors to decorate our homes.
Among the many things that the Sizzix Big Shot dies can cut is fabric! This little calico mat is a no-sew project. Okay, I did have to get the iron out, but that was to apply the Heat and Bond to the back of the leaves, allowing me to just iron those leaves to the brown square beneath.
It's a simple project, especially if you have a fabric stash as large as your paper stash. (I admit it - I have been a fabric collector even longer than I've been a stamper/scrapper/paper crafter.)

I really love this. I am missing America so much since I moved to England in 2006. I am wanting to celebrate thanksgiving in the UK but it's so hard to find decor to decorate my house for the fall. It's so strange!! I love this... How much would you charge to make me one? heheh :) Missing Ohio!
